Prior to this, Manali served as Director of Tekdi Eco Services private limited from April 2006 to March 2022, contributing to the company's growth and sustainability initiatives. Additionally, Manali co-founded Vowel Learning Solutions LLP, where involvement lasted from 2016 to 2019. Manali Kumthekar holds an MBA in Marketing from Savitribai Phule Pune University, completed between 2005 and 2007.
