ARJAN J possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Manager HR for India at TekniPlex since August 2012. Prior roles at TekniPlex included Manager Human Resources and Assistant Manager Human Resources. Before joining TekniPlex, ARJAN J worked as a Human Resource Generalist at Astral Pipes from July 2011 to July 2012. ARJAN J holds a Master of Labour Welfare with a focus on Labour Welfare, HR, IR, and Labour Law, as well as a B.Com with First Class in Human Resources Management from Gujarat University. Additionally, education was enhanced through training at KPMG Learning Academy India.
