Prior to this role, Jarno worked as an ICT Architect for Päijät-Hämeen hyvinvointialue, focusing on developing secure systems architecture, and served as a System Specialist at Stalatube Oy and OSS Business Solutions Oy, contributing to business system development, server management, and technical support. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Digital Solutions from LAB University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications from Lahti University of Applied Sciences.
