Pekka Korkala is an experienced professional in production and management, currently serving as the Production- and Sourcing Director and General Manager of Teknoware Poland Sp. z o.o since September 2019. Previously, Korkala held the position of Managing Director at Lehto Components Oy, overseeing operations across eight factories in Finland, and was the General Manager at Dinex Latvia SIA, responsible for operations in the Danish-owned exhaust systems supplier. Korkala has held leadership roles in companies such as PKC Group Plc, where responsibilities included overseeing the cable harness business in South America, as well as senior management positions in wiring harness operations and manufacturing at Lahden Autokori Oy and PKC Group Oyj. Korkala began the career at RKT Oy in various production and managerial roles after obtaining a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oulu.
