Steve Heffron is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and operations management. Currently serving as SVP of Tech Managed Services and President of North American Sales at TeKnowledge, Steve has previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Tek Experts and General Manager for Worldwide Operations at Microsoft. While at CA Technologies, Steve led a global support team and transformed service models to enhance customer experience. During a tenure at Convergys, Steve managed operations for a $1 billion portfolio and oversaw extensive workforce management initiatives. Steve began their career at Excell Services as Vice President of Operations, where financial accountability and operational leadership were key responsibilities. An alumnus of The University of Kansas with a BS in Business Administration and Management, Steve also holds an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
