Lucas Narel

Mr. Narel is a finance and accounting executive with more than 24 years of experience in the U.S. federal government contracting market possessing exceptional leadership, analytical and technical skills. Most recently, Mr. Narel was the Chief Financial Officer at GovCIO, where he was responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including strategic planning, corporate accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, compliance, income taxes, and corporate treasury. Throughout his career, Mr. Narel has implemented corporate initiatives focused on optimizing organizational structure, financial planning, and contract performance to help drive growth in revenue, profit, and margin. He has led or played a key role in numerous strategic transactions including corporate mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, debt financing, and equity offerings. Previous experience includes being Chief Financial Officer at Salient CRGT, Inc., Executive Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer at NCI, Inc., Vice President of Finance and Accounting for CGI Federal, Inc., and Vice President and Corporate Controller of Stanley, Inc. Mr. Narel holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Polytechnic and State University and a Master of Business Administration from American University.
