Roxanne Alford

Roxanne Alford is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as Specialization Lead and National Recruiter for the Sub Vendor Team at TEKsystems since April 2015. Prior roles at TEKsystems include National Recruiter and Technical Recruiter. Roxanne began their career in HR as an HR Assistant at The Oberoi, Bangalore, where responsibilities included preparing attrition reports, managing employee engagement programs, and handling payroll processing. Roxanne also has experience as a Senior IT Recruiter at TEKsystems and as an HR intern at Stanley David and Associates.
