Mike Reedy

Mike Reedy, PMP, currently serves as Senior Vice President Operations - Strategic Accounts at Telaid Industries, Inc., a position held since November 2009, focusing on account support plans and resource acquisition for strategic clients. Prior experience includes Chief Operating Officer at Wachter Network Services from January 2001 to May 2009, overseeing corporate operations for a nationwide technology services firm. Previously, Mike held the role of Principal at Xerox Connect, managing sales and service delivery for Kansas City and St. Louis branches, and at IBM Global Services, where responsibilities included business development and solution design for network consulting in the Kansas City area. Mike's career began as Branch Operations Manager at ROLM (Siemens), managing installation and service operations. Educationally, Mike obtained an Executive MBA in Business from Rockhurst University and completed a high school diploma at Kailua High School.
