Ofer Finkelstein has had a diverse and extensive career in various roles within the telecommunications industry. Ofer began their career in 1986 as a System Engineer at IDF-8200, a government agency, where they worked until 1990. From 1990 to 1991, Finkelstein worked as a System Engineer at Elisra. In 1991, they joined RAD as a Senior PLM and remained there until 2000. Following this, Finkelstein worked as a Product Manager at PacketLight Networks from 2000 to 2003. Ofer then joined TTI Telecom as the Director of Marketing NG Networks & Technology from 2003 to 2005. Finkelstein's most recent role was as the Director of Marketing & Business Development at Telco Systems, where they started in March 2005 and continues to work.

Ofer Finkelstein received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994.
