Richard Joyce began their work experience in 1984 at National Semiconductor, where they served as a Programmer until 1985. Richard then joined Telco Systems in 1985 as a Programmer Analyst until 1987. From 1987 to 1995, Joyce worked at Dresser Industries as a Senior Programmer Analyst. In 1996, they returned to Telco Systems as a Senior IT Systems Analyst, where they focused on business application analysis, development, and support. Richard'sresponsibilities included database administration, software evaluation, selection, and acquisition, as well as managing outside consultants. Joyce also developed LAN-based centralized data storage, implemented web and intranet updates, and handled various other tasks involving software and database management.
Richard Joyce received a Technical Certificate in Systems Analysis and Design from Grumman Data Systems, where they studied from an unspecified start year until 1983.
