Iveta Lukševica

Iveta Lukševica is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT project management and operations within the banking and insurance sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Baltic IT Support Services at Baltic Shared Services Center and IT PMO at Tele2 Latvia, Iveta also holds the position of Head of Document Management in Operations and Procurement Division at Luminor Latvija, overseeing key processes such as digitalization and vendor management. Previous roles include leadership positions in settlement and operations at Compensa Vienna Insurance Group, senior IT project management at SEB Life International, IT project management at SEB bank, and technical expertise at Citadele banka and Unisys Corporation. Iveta holds a Master of Business Administration from RISEBA University of Applied Sciences.
