Bob Barnett has held various roles in finance and operations throughout their work experience. Bob started their career at Interact Accessories/STD Entertainment in 1991 as Vice President of Operations and Finance. In 1998, they joined Interact Accessories a Recoton Company as Vice President of Operations in Canada. In 2000, they transitioned to Telebrands as the VP of Finance. Bob'swork experience spans from 1991 to the present.

Bob Barnett attended The Johns Hopkins University from 1984 to 1988. During this time, they did not earn a specific degree or focus on a specific field of study. In 1988, they enrolled at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and obtained an M.A. in Asian Studies - China/Economics from 1988 to 1989. Bob Barnett then pursued further education in the same field at The Johns Hopkins University from 1988 to 1989, resulting in another M.A. in Asian Studies China - SAIS.
