Currently serving as a Business Engagement Manager at Telecom Networks Outsourcing since 2006, Emily is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual agreements, and addressing performance issues. Prior roles include serving as a Quality Assurance Manager and Project Development and QA Manager at Republica Microfinanzas from 2012 to 2018, and a Quality Assurance Specialist at CVS Pharmacy from 2003 to 2005, where Emily also held the position of Store Manager.
