Jim has over 26 years in the Naval Special Warfare Community, specializing in maritime mobility. Jim also holds a Masters of Science in Defense Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelors Degree in History from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Additionally, Jim has completed a Federal Executive Fellowship in Capability Gap Analysis, Modeling, and Simulation at the RAND Corporation.
