Alison H.

Alison H. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Alison started their career at Visteon in 2000, where they served as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt for nine years. In 2011, they joined e2v as a Continuous Improvement Champion and later became the Logistics Manager for Space Imaging. Alison then moved to Teledyne e2v in 2016, initially taking on the role of Head of Wafer Processing for Space Imaging. Alison progressed within the organization, becoming the Head of Continuous Improvement and later the Director of Transformation and Performance Excellence. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Site Operations at Teledyne e2v.

Alison H. pursued their undergraduate education from 1995 to 2000 at the University of Strathclyde, where they completed their MEng in Manufacturing Sciences and Engineering with a specialization in Manufacturing Engineering. After a gap in their educational timeline, they returned to academia in 2010 and completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree from the London School Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, specializing in Medical Statistics, in 2012.
