Dean Spicer has extensive experience in engineering and management within the technology sector, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Teledyne Micralyne, Inc. since November 2005. Throughout a progressive career at Teledyne Micralyne and its predecessor Micralyne Inc., Dean has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Engineering and Process Development Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Waveguide Product Development Engineer at JDS Uniphase. Additionally, Dean was an official member of the Forbes Technology Council from March 2017 to September 2019. Dean holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics, both from the University of Alberta.
