Leonardo Toro Aguilera

Leonardo Toro Aguilera is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and operational efficiencies within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Lider Eficiencias Proyectos de Red at Movistar (Telefónica Hispam) since March 2021, Leonardo is integral to the implementation of a multi-country operational model in Latin America, aimed at maximizing asset value through simplification and excellence. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at Telefónica Chile from 2006 to 2021, where roles included Senior Project Engineer and Senior Engineer, focusing on various efficiency initiatives, digital transformations, and project integration. Leonardo also holds the position of Emprendedor at En donde haya espacio para crecer since 2006. An alumnus of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, Leonardo earned a degree in Computer Engineering.
