Monique Severo

Monique Severo is an experienced Technical Product Manager Lead at Movistar (Telefónica Hispam) since January 2014, where leadership of an agile team focuses on product implementation, technical modeling, and process automation to improve operational efficiency and Time-to-Market. Previously, Monique served as Product Owner, driving the strategy for the Mi Movistar App and enhancing the e-commerce platform, and as Project Manager, overseeing the implementation of a new CRM and billing platform.
