Luis Javier Cervantes Prieto currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at TELEMAR, a Marlink Group Company, focusing on developing and strengthening the company's market position since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Development Manager at ecs360logistics, where new business lines were established, and as a Regional Business Manager at Sandvik Marine Electronics SL, overseeing sales, marketing, and P&L management. Luis also contributed to Radio Holland as a Sales and Service Manager and held several positions at Aage Hempel International, including Service Coordinator. Luis holds an MBA from ESIC Business & Marketing School and completed a Programa de desarrollo de directivos at Fundación campus tecnológico Algeciras.

Telemar was started in 1947, as a Company licensed by the Italian PTT Ministry to manage radio communications on board Italian ships. From that date Telemar was owned by major Italian ship owners.
