Arnstein Sletmoe

Arnstein Sletmoe is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate governance. Currently serving as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Deputy Chair of the Board at True Corporation since February 2024, Sletmoe also holds the position of Senior Vice President and Head of M&A at Telenor since April 2015. Previously, Sletmoe was the Chair of the Board at Fysiopartner, overseeing its sale to Medema Physio AB, and held significant leadership roles at Norsk Hydro, including SVP and Head of Finance, and SVP and Head of M&A, where major projects included the acquisition of Vale Aluminium and the merger leading to the formation of "New Sapa." Sletmoe has also contributed to various boards, such as NorSun and Grenland Industriutvikling, and has held senior financial positions across multiple companies, beginning with IVECO in 1987. Sletmoe holds a BSc in Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School.
