Sharad Juneja

Sharad Juneja is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and education sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Onboarding at Telenor, Sharad specializes in enhancing the customer journey and maintaining high internal quality standards. Previously, Sharad founded Mind Culture, an education firm focused on K-12 content design and digitalization. A significant tenure at Telenor included roles such as Circle Business Head and National Head across various functions, where notable achievements included leading large teams, driving subscriber acquisition, and implementing innovative systems. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Virgin Mobile India, Idea Cellular Ltd, and Bharti Airtel Limited, along with foundational roles in sales and management early in the career. Sharad holds an MBA in Marketing from Intercultural Open University and a B.Com from the University of Rajasthan.
