Jonathan Phang is the CIO, APAC at Teleperformance. Before joining Teleperformance, Jonathan was the Head of Infrastructure, Asia Pacific at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from January 2014 to October 2019. Jonathan was responsible for putting in effect operation excellence across all Asia Pacific locations including Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
Jonathan has also worked as a Systems Development and Support Engineer at Dimension Data from April 2008 to May 2010 and as a Senior Systems Engineer at Beyonics Technology from January 2004 to May 2006.
In May 2010, Jonathan became the Infrastructure Manager, Asia Pacific at Goodyear Singapore Tyres and held this position until January 2014 when they joined The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.
Jonathan Phang has a Master's Degree in Global Management from The University of Salford, a Diploma in Banking and Financial Services from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and various certifications from Google, NetScout Systems, Sun Microsystems, Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd., Microsoft, CompTIA, Citrix, (ISC)², VMware, and Cisco.
