Before joining Teleperformance, Pablo was the Chief Executive Officer of GesNext, the IBM acquisition of the Telefonica BPO subsidiary, T-Gestiona. Pablo holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the European University and an MBA from the Henley Business School.
