Vispi Palsetia is the current CIO of India & ME at Teleperformance. Vispi has over 15 years of experience in IT management. Vispi started their career as an IT Unit Manager for infrastructure and IT operations for the Mumbai Centre at Hewitt Associates. Vispi was responsible for managing a team of 10 members comprising of Assistant Managers and Engineers. Vispi also interacted with clients to get an understanding of individual requirements to facilitate onsite delivery.
In their previous role, they were also pivotal in managing the project migration of Nortel voice platform to Avaya voice platform during integration, email integration from Exult to Hewitt and setup a new centre of Hewitt in Mumbai.
Vispi has several accomplishments to their name, which include successfully managing the infrastructure of Cisco Components, Avaya ACD and HP for Desktops and Server. Vispi has also ensured savings of USD 0.2 million through efficiently revamping of vendors and contract renegotiation.
They are on a team with Lance Brown - EVP, IT Infrastructure, Liliana Lopez Sandoval - EVP, IT Client Proximity, and Jonathan Phang - CIO, APAC. Vispi Palsetia reports to Dev Mudaliar, Global CIO.
