Prior to Telesat, Bayden worked as a Project Manager and Quality Assurance Specialist at The PEER Group Inc. from March 2012 to August 2015, and began a career in tech support at Risolv IT Solutions from January 2011 to February 2012. Bayden holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Physics and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Theoretical Physics, both from the University of Guelph.
