Louis Espinoza is an experienced Customer Success Manager currently leading customer relations at TeleSign since May 2022. As a co-founder of Cold Brew Lou since April 2021, Louis focuses on crafting specialty cold brew drinks for local markets. Previously, Louis served as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Demandforce, managing the customer lifecycle for enterprise accounts, and contributed as a Customer Success Manager and Associate Customer Success Manager in various roles at the company.
