Simon Clarke

Simon Clarke has extensive experience in software engineering and leadership within the streaming industry. At Telestream since August 2008, Simon Clarke has held various senior positions, including Chief Technology Officer, Co-Chief Technology Officer, and Vice President of Software Engineering, where responsibilities included managing the development team for the Wirecast live streaming studio app and architecting the WebRTC-based remote conferencing system, 'Rendezvous.' Prior to Telestream, Simon Clarke was a Senior Software Engineer and co-founder at Vara Software, where contributions included co-authoring and designing the macOS application ScreenFlow and the Windows and macOS version of Wirecast. Simon Clarke holds a degree from the University of Hertfordshire.
