Marcin Zdanowicz has extensive work experience in the television production industry. Marcin began their career at TVN in 2001 and held various roles within the company until 2004. In 2004, they joined Telewizja Polsat sp. z o.o., where they started as Chief of Cameraman and later became Head of Production Managers. In 2008, they were promoted to Chief of Production in the News Department of Polsat. Marcin then served as Deputy Director of TV Production before being appointed as Director of TV Production in December 2019.
Marcin Zdanowicz attended The National Film School in Łódź, where they specialized in Director of Photography and TV Production. Afterward, they pursued a Master's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of Technology. Currently, they are enrolled in Kozminski University, where they are expected to graduate in 2023 with an Executive MBA.
