Erik Asplund

Erik Asplund serves as Vice President and Head of Common Products at Telia since September 2015, overseeing the development of common and scalable products. Previously, Erik held the position of Vice President and Head of Product Area Connectivity, managing connectivity product offerings across consumer, enterprise, and wholesale services in the Nordic and Baltic regions, leading a team of 150 professionals. Erik also led Voice & Data Product Management within the same area, directing a team of 50 product managers. Prior roles include various leadership positions at Ericsson focused on commercial management and operations from 2006 to 2015, as well as a senior consultant role at Applied Value and Procure It Right from 2002 to 2006. Erik holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Business Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
