Jorma Hamalainen

Jorma Hamalainen has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, having held multiple leadership positions at TeliaSonera from June 1980 until retirement. Notable roles include Vice President, Biz.unit Director, and Director of Satellite Services, where Jorma was responsible for leading, developing, and marketing specialized communication services. As a Sales Director for TeliaSonera International Carrier, Jorma focused on special services. Jorma holds an executive MBA from the Helsinki School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Technology from the Helsinki Institute of Technology, complemented by studies at various institutions, including the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of Jyväskylä. Since July 2019, Jorma has been self-employed as a freelancer.
