Asma Swapna is a Senior Data Engineer at Telia since April 2023, previously serving as a Data Engineer at Vev from May 2022 to February 2023, where optimization of data pipelines and infrastructure was a key focus. Prior to Vev, Asma worked as a Data Scientist at CONSIGLI AS from April 2021 to May 2022, contributing to the development of a data platform aimed at transforming the building and construction industry. Asma began the career as a Research Engineer at Simula Research Laboratory, engaging in the EU-H2020 project ADEPTNESS, which addressed uncertainty studies in complex Cyber Physical Systems. An earlier internship at Grameenphone Ltd allowed Asma to improve process flow through a project on simplification and automation. Asma holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology from Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University.
