Mohamad Alifikri is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Manager of Marketplace Platform Operation at Telin (PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International) since September 2017, where previous roles included Digital Operation Manager and Customer Interface Management. Prior to this, Mohamad held the position of Capacity Management Manager at Telin from 2012 to 2017 and served as an Officer at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. from February 2011 to 2012. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Technology from Telkom University (2014-2017) and an S1 degree in Elektro Telekomunikasi from Institut Teknologi Telkom (1995-2001).
