Mukti Adi Prabowo

Mukti Adi Prabowo is an experienced professional in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as a Manager at Telkomsel since February 2004. Mukti has held various leadership roles, including Manager of Strategic Account Planning and SME and Community Performance Management, where responsibilities included creating Business Impact Analysis templates and conducting risk assessments. Achievements include successful completion of BIA for the Reflex and Paradise systems, and documentation of the IT Service Continuity plan and Rehearsal plan. As IT CRM Infrastructure Project Lead, Mukti managed a large-scale CRM project with Amdocs, ensuring timely delivery across multiple phases. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Database Administrator and Capacity Planning Project Manager, overseeing My SQL Database Clustering and Veritas Backup Reporter implementations. Mukti holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from Institut Teknologi Telkom and completed senior high education at SMUN I Bandung.
