Irene Scott is an experienced professional in humanitarian communication and community engagement, currently serving as the Radio and Community Engagement Advisor at TELL2C Productions since October 2019. Irene has held significant roles at Internews, including Humanitarian Director, where strategic direction and community resilience efforts were prioritized. Previous positions at Internews involved project management in various global contexts, including emergency responses during the COVID-19 pandemic and initiatives aiding Rohingya refugees at Translators Without Borders. Irene holds a Master's degree in Humanitarian Assistance from Deakin University and has a solid foundation in journalism, marked by a Bachelor's degree from RMIT University and postgraduate studies in International Development.
