Keith Burks is an experienced technical professional with a career spanning multiple positions in systems testing and IT support, primarily at Tellabs since 2005. Currently serving as an Associate Systems Test Engineer and previously as a Lead Technician, Keith is responsible for system testing on advanced telecommunications platforms, developing test plans, and executing them based on product requirements. Prior experience includes roles focusing on network support, technical server and desktop support, and system integration testing across various companies. Keith is equipped with a range of certifications in network and systems administration, enhancing expertise in troubleshooting and technical support.
