Carlos Escobedo Olivares del Castillo

Carlos Escobedo Olivares del Castillo has held various roles in the IT industry since 2008. Carlos started their career as a Presales Consultant and Sun Solution Center Admin for Sun Microsystems, followed by a Senior Sales Consultant role at Oracle in 2010. In 2011, they were a Field Engineer, Service Delivery Manager and Engagement Manager at Grupo Tecno. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Senior Presales Engineer at redIT Mexico, where they managed sales channels and provided IT solutions design. Carlos then moved to KIO Networks, where they held the role of Senior Presales System Engineer and designed IT infrastructures compliant with BCP and DRP. In 2016, they worked as an IT Salesperson for Telmex / Triara. Since 2018, they have been a Deal Accelerator at Cisco and, since 2020, a Technical Product Support Engineer at Telnyx.

Carlos Escobedo Olivares del Castillo has a B.S. in Computer Science equivalent from Escuela Superior de Cómputo, which they obtained between 2004 and 2011, and a Grado en Ingeniería from Instituto Politécnico Nacional, which they obtained between 2004 and 2009. Carlos also holds certifications from Oracle as a Certified Oracle Pillar Axiom 600 Implementation Specialist, obtained in January 2012, and ITIL Foundation v3 from ITIL Certified.
