Olive Santillan

Olive Santillan, PMP, is an experienced Content Manager at Telos Corporation since April 2021, formerly serving as the Security Content and Documentation Manager at Teloworks Philippines, Inc. from January 2006 to April 2021. In the latter role, Olive developed a comprehensive knowledge base for security content, trained personnel on the Risk Management Framework, and coordinated content requirements to improve team performance. Prior to that, Olive held positions as a Lead Technical Writer at Teloworks, Technical Writer at Emerson Network Power, where web-based documentation for the Liebert NXa was successfully launched, and Technical Writer at DB Soft Philippines, where standards for documentation processes were established. Olive holds a B.A. in Organizational Communication from the University of the Philippines and furthered education at De La Salle University.
