Gemma Poesaste

Gemma Poesaste currently serves as the Head of Inhouse Creative Agency at Telstra, a position held since January 2025. Previously, Gemma held various roles at OLIVER Agency from November 2017 to December 2024, including Managing Partner - Solution Design and Director Business Strategy, focusing on creating effective agency solutions and optimizing marketing processes for brands. Additionally, Gemma was the Global Network Director for Unilever's in-house agency U-Studio, where support was provided to beauty and personal care brands, and served as Content Team Lead, driving award-winning integrated campaigns. Earlier experience includes roles at The Communications Store, Freelancer, Four Communications, Media Circus Ltd, Hauser Hotel St Moritz, Two Birds Talking, Just Group, and CBRE. Gemma holds an Executive MBA from Aston Business School (2019-2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from QUT (2007-2010).
