Lydia Hatch

Lydia Hatch is a seasoned professional in sustainability and strategy, currently serving as a Senior Sustainability Advisor at Telstra since December 2023 and as a volunteer member of the Governing Committee at Melbourne Climate Network since September 2024. Previously, Lydia held roles as General Manager and Strategic Impact Program Lead at Purpose Made, and as a Co-conspirator at Conspiracy of Love from April 2021 to December 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Partnerships Manager in the City Planning and Sustainability Division at Brisbane City Council, Associate Manager for Marketing & Strategy at Formative, and various positions at Palladium: Make It Possible and BBC News. Lydia holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Economics from Syracuse University - Maxwell School and has studied at the School for International Training in South Africa.
