Don Blacklock is currently the Director of Operations at TELUS Spark and the Principal of Independent Building Commissioning Corp. Don has extensive experience in mechanical building commissioning, HVAC instruction, and HVAC mechanic roles. Don also served as a Commissioning Authority at DIALOG and worked as a Centrifugal/Absorption Mechanic at Carrier Corporation. In terms of education, Don has a Commissioning Process Management Professional degree from ASHRAE and various certificates and diplomas from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
