Ray Pratt

Ray Pratt is an experienced IT Operations Senior Manager at TELUS, overseeing a team of 29 Tier 3 enterprise-level professionals since November 2011, with responsibilities in WinTel server support, Exchange, O365, SharePoint, Citrix, VMWare, and Cisco UCS. Prior to this role, Ray served as Manager of Information Services in both WinTel and Storage & Middleware divisions, successfully managing large teams and complex environments, including the BC Hydro contract. Ray's career began at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Canada, where responsibilities spanned from Project Manager to National IT Manager, leading various IT initiatives and managing a growing IT department. Ray holds a Diploma in Applied Project Management from Simon Fraser University and certifications in MCSE and CNA from the Open Learning Agency.
