Roger Isaacs

Roger Isaacs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and process improvement, currently serving as Sr. Program Manager at TELUS Business Solutions since June 2017, leading initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Prior roles at TELUS include managing the Process Improvement Centre of Excellence and developing the Robotic Process Automation Centre of Excellence. In addition, Roger holds the position of Chief Instructor at the Vancouver Ki Aikido Society since January 1990, promoting Ki Development and Aikido philosophy. Early career milestones include positions at Microcell Solutions, Rogers Wireless, and the Royal Air Force, where Roger specialized in operations management, project leadership, and electronic systems maintenance.
