Johan Dulat is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Currently serving as the Head of Structuring & Execution at Temasek since 2013, Johan has previously held significant roles including Executive Director of M&A at Morgan Stanley, Manager of Structured Corporate Finance at Barclays Investment Bank, and Senior Associate in Equity Capital Markets at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking.
