Sherlyn Lim

Sherlyn Lim has extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership, currently serving as Managing Director of Organisation & People at Temasek since September 2011. Prior roles at Temasek include Director of Organization & People and Director of Leadership & Compensation. Prior to Temasek, Sherlyn held multiple leadership positions at Citi from June 1997 to September 2011, including Senior Vice President of Regional Compensation for Asia O&T and Vice President roles in Compensation & Benefits, Planning & Project Management, and Human Resource Generalist positions. Sherlyn holds a degree in Arts & Social Sciences with a focus on Economics and Geography from the National University of Singapore, completed between 1993 and 1995.
