Gina Kaegi

Gina Kaegi is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across education, health sciences, real estate technology, and municipal marketing. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing and Brand Strategy for Tempe Elementary School District, Gina played a key role in the district's recognition as #1 for Elementary School Districts in Arizona in 2024. As the owner of Plan B Marketing Ventures, LLC since 2009, Gina has demonstrated expertise in brand strategy and digital marketing. Previous positions include Director of Admissions & Marketing at Sonoran University of Health Sciences, where record enrollment was achieved, and Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Lofty, recognized as a top PropTech start-up. Gina's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Marketing for the Town of Carefree and as National Sales and Marketing Manager at Realtor.com. Gina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Oregon State University.
