Murali Mogasala

Murali Mogasala serves as the VP of Global Engineering at Tempel, a Worthington Steel Company, since February 2025, leading global engineering initiatives. Prior to this role, Murali held the position of SVP of Vehicle Programs at Fisker Inc from July 2021 to February 2025, overseeing vehicle programs and project management. Additionally, Murali was a Vehicle Line Executive at Fisker and Karma Automotive, managing vehicle programs with a focus on battery electric vehicles and global profit and loss responsibilities. Murali's previous experience includes serving as Head of Manufacturing Operations at Uber Advanced Technology Group and various roles at Ford Motor Company, including Launch Manager and Global Prototype Manager. Murali holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University.
