Tarandeep Gohlar

Tarandeep Gohlar is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in technical support and helpdesk management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Support at Templafy since March 2019, Tarandeep previously held positions as a Technical Support Manager and Tech Supporter within the same organization. Before joining Templafy, Tarandeep worked at Associated Press ENPS from August 2009 to February 2019, where responsibilities included supervising a team of helpdesk staff and providing 1st/2nd line support primarily for the BBC. Earlier experience includes a Group IT Intern role at Porsche Cars GB Ltd, focusing on helpdesk support and IT asset management. Tarandeep holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science & Geographical Information Systems from Aston University.
