Lorenzo Reyes Jr.

Lorenzo Reyes Jr., Ph.D., currently serves as the Vice President for Development and External Relations at Temple College since June 2025. Previously, Lorenzo held various positions at San Juan College from February 2016 to June 2025, including Vice President, Associate Vice President of Workforce, Economic and Resource Development, and Dean of Workforce and Economic Development. Lorenzo's earlier experience includes a College Assistant Professor role at New Mexico State University, an Adjunct Professor position at El Paso Community College, and serving as Chief Executive Officer for the Workforce Development Board - El Paso. Lorenzo holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration from New Mexico State University, an MEd in Educational Leadership from Sul Ross State University, and dual bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Psychology from The University of Texas at El Paso.
