Jessenia Inchautegui-Williams

Jessenia Inchautegui-Williams, MS/HRM, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in employee and labor relations. Currently serving as the Director of Employee and Labor Relations at Temple Health – Temple University Health System since January 2021, Jessenia has also held positions as Employee and Labor Relations Manager and Employee and Labor Relations Specialist within the same organization. Prior to this role, Jessenia was an HR Manager at Cintas from November 2016 to December 2020, and served as an HR Business Partner and Intake Coordinator/HR Representative at NHS Human Services Inc. from March 2003 to October 2016. Jessenia's career began at Kensington Hospital Inc., where the role of Admission Supervisor/Aftercare Coordinator was held from July 1996 to March 2003. Jessenia holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a concentration in Special Education from Eastern University.
