Karen P. Ward is a seasoned professional in quality management and compliance within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Development Quality Assurance at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since September 2020. In this role, Karen is responsible for the global quality management and good pharmacovigilance practice for both clinical and commercial products and leads the Development Quality Process team. In addition to this position, Karen is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Temple University's School of Pharmacy, contributing to the Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Graduate Program.
